• To use of a systematic, Internet based, marketing program
  
• To cooperate with other REALTORS® in the marketing of your property
  
• To pre-qualify EVERY prospective buyer before showing them your property
  
• To submit all offers… and to assist you in comparison of competing offers
  
• To assist you in negotiations, representing your interests throughout
  
• To supervise the transaction through the Escrow process

Seller is hereby provided the right to sever their Exclusive Right to Sell agreement with me at any time, providing that I am  first given a 10 day period in which to cure any perceived default of this pledge.
